Formed in 1989 by Alan Holford-Walker, the owner, originally the business was a marketing consultancy, representing overseas defence manufacturers selling to the UK MoD and UK companies aiming to sell overseas.   

Since 2000 we have concentrated our efforts on selling safety products to the Police, NHS and Local Authorities.

Barrington International's mission is to supply safety products for use in the custodial environment and NHS Mental Health Trusts.
