Barrington International is run in parallel with COSATT Ltd, the Company behind the Life Signs Monitoring System (LSMS) and the Cell Occupant Monitoring System (COMS). 

Barrington International was formed in 1989 by Alan Holford-Walker, the owner.  Originally markets were confined to the Military.  Anne Penton, who spent 8 years with Microsoft in Product Support Services, has worked with Barrington International since 1996.  Since then we have concentrated our efforts on products to compliment COSATT.

Barrington International's mission is to supply safety products for use in the custodial environment and NHS Mental Health Trusts.
